Circular seal with a shield and a V, reading In omni statu, veritas absoluta

Our Commitment

In omni statu, veritas absoluta

In all things, absolute truth.

The standard behind every company we build.

Our Identity

Truth is our foundation.

Tenacera is a private holding company and venture studio. Every company we build starts from one conviction: integrity begins with a commitment to what is true. We keep the motto in Latin because the idea is old, and we state it in English because it has to be plain. In omni statu, veritas absoluta. In all things, absolute truth.

Our Mission

To build companies that can be trusted, and to say plainly what is established and what is not.

We hold truth, correctness and accountability as non-negotiable standards across health, education, intelligence, brand and software. Our purpose is to uphold those standards wherever our companies, and the technology they rely on, carry consequential responsibility.

Why It Matters

Responsibility demands conviction.

Artificial intelligence increasingly shapes health decisions, learning, commerce and institutions. As its reach grows, so does the responsibility to tell what is established from what is assumed.

We believe convenience, persuasion and consensus must never take the place of truth. Uncertainty must be acknowledged. Integrity must endure. The standards that guide consequential decisions must not bend under pressure.

What It Means in Practice

Four things we hold ourselves to.

  1. 01We say what a company is for, and what stage it is in. Nothing is described as live, proven or available before it is.
  2. 02We state uncertainty as uncertainty. When the evidence is mixed, we say so.
  3. 03We publish our standard. Our editorial standard is public, and every article we publish follows it.
  4. 04We invite scrutiny. If something we say is wrong, we want to be told.

Why It Is Valuable

Trust is slow to earn and quick to lose.

A standard held in every company is worth more than a promise made in one. It is what lets a clinician, a student, a founder or an institution rely on what we build without having to take our word for it. We would rather be checked than believed.

If you would like to question, challenge or work with us, we would like to hear from you.
