Founder & Managing Director
Serial venture creator, multi-practice owner, and founder of a private equity incubator. He builds where clinical formulation science meets applied artificial intelligence, and his doctorate-level training spans biochemistry, natural medicine, and sports nutrition alongside three years of graduate study in mathematics and systems architecture applied to complex human and machine reasoning.
That work stands on clinical ground. A Harvard-trained endodontist and microsurgeon, he has overseen more than 40,000 procedures — the operating experience that informs every formulation and software system in the portfolio. It is also why the ventures here are built around explicit reasoning architecture and gated oversight rather than model output taken on faith: in clinical work, a decision that cannot be audited is not a decision worth making.
